Macalister Prestige Homes was established in 1999 with the view of creating functional homes with dynamic designs at an affordable price. Our business founders and owners still work in the business to this day. Our award winning home designs have stayed ahead of the pack, and our passion for excellence and providing our customers with a home you can be proud of still remains.

Macalister Prestige Homes was an instance success, our combination of well laid out designs and quality workmanship soon earned us a reputation as a builder you can count on.

From our humble beginning of building 30 homes per year in our early days to 60 homes per year by 2005 Macalister Prestige Homes has always been proud to be a local builder that uses local trades and suppliers.

2006 was a breakthrough year for us, receiving multiple awards from both the Master Builders and Housing Industry Associations, awards that we have been consistently winning since this time.

Since 2006 we have been building over 100 homes per year and in 2009 Macalister Prestige Homes, on the strength of our reputation and quality workmanship, have expanded to open an office in Berwick.

Macalister Prestige Homes also has a commercial division, Macalister Constructions; formed in 2004 Macalister Constructions builds projects from $500,000 Retail Premises to $6,000,000 sporting complexes and everything in between.

This year Macalister Prestige Homes will be opening an office in Traralgon and Ballarat along with 7 new Display Homes across various towns.

Our head office was founded in Sale and to this day still remains in this vibrant town, the expansion of our proud company is testimony to why people across Victoria are choosing to build with us.
