Cal Board

Managing Director

Cal, along with Ernest & Gavin Ronchi, began Macalister Prestige Homes in 1999. Cal has over 16 years experience in the Building Industry and is a multi-award winning builder for continually producing quality homes year after year.

Cal's role is to oversee the daily operations of Macalister Prestige Homes and ensure the company provides high quality standards in all aspects of its work, guaranteeing that Macalister Prestige Homes achieves the very best results for all clients.

Rob Downie

Head Draftsman

Rob has 9 years experience within the drafting field and has been with Macalister Prestige Homes for a little over 12 months.

Rob creates and modifies Macalister Prestige Homes' plans and co-ordinates the Drafting Department.

Wayne Ivey

Accountant

Wayne has been with Macalister Prestige Homes for over 3 years, and has over 37 years experience as an Accountant.

Wayne's role is to maintain all accounts and ensure compliance with financial requirements.

Peter Croker

Administration Manager

Peter comes to Macalister Prestige Homes with 27 years of banking experience.

Peter is responsible for the Internal Control of the groups financial affairs, including liaising with our Accountant (Wayne Ivey), Managing Director (Cal Board), Financiers, and Accounts Receivable.

Allyson Monti

Accounts Payable Clerk/Assistant Estimator

Allyson has been with Macalister Prestige Homes for just under 12 months and has over 5 years of experince in the building industry.

Allyson works in Accounts Payable, and deals directly with our suppliers. Allyson is our second point of contact for Purchasing.

Ken Horstman

Building Supervisor (Sale/Maffra)

Ken has been with Macalister Prestige Homes for over a year now, and has 36 years experience in the Building Industry, including 31 years as a self employed builder.

Ken currently supervises residential homes being constructed in Sale and surrounding areas.

Suzanne Jeffries

Accounts Payable

Suzanne has been with Macalister Prestige Homes for over 5 years and has 15 years experience within the Building Industry.

Suzanne deals directly with our suppliers and reconciles our accounts.

Lindsay Whelan

Building Supervisor (Bairnsdale/Metung)

Lindsay has just recently joined our team and brings with him many years of supervisory experience.

Marie Frew

Specifications/Contracts/Permits

Marie's role is to work with clients on specifications for their new homes, compile contracts and organise all connections for new homes.

Anthony Ruff

Estimator & Purchasing Coordinator

Anthony has been with Macalister Prestige Homes for over 12 months, and has more than 14 years experinece in the Building Industry.

Anthony works closely with our Sales team and estimates all costs for proposed new homes. He is also our Purchasing Coordinator, working directly with our suppliers.

Bill Stephenson

Building Supervisor (Latrobe Valley)

Bill has been in the building industry for over 25 years, he joined Macalister Prestige Homes 4 years ago.

Draftsperson

Brad is the newsest member of our team and has 23 years experience in drafting.

Draftsperson

Jess has been with Macalister Prestige Homes for approximately 6 months, she brings with her 8 years experience as a draftsperson.

Jacinta Warry

Sales Consultant (Sale)

Jacinta has only recently joined Macalister Prestige Homes as a Sales Consultant for Sale and the surrounding areas. Jacinta is a licensed Estate Agent with over two years experince in the industry.

Jacinta is the first point of contact for clients wanting to build a new home, providing personalised service throughout the design process.

Donna has been with Macalister Prestige Homes for nearly twelve months, and has a great deal of experience building homes.

Donna's role is to recruit, train and support sales staff; to ensure quality of quotes, pricing and Display Homes; and all advertising.

Sally Wilson

Sales Consultant (Latrobe Valley)

Sally has just joined the team but has many years of experience in the building industry.

Sales Consultants assist in the design of a suitable floor plan; identify client needs; arrange an estimate; order preliminary drawings and reports; liaise with client and drafts people to fine tune drawings; fine tune estimate for clients to sign off on; refer client to Interior design and provide a contact point for the client.

Leah Aspinall

Receptionist

Leah recently joined Macalister Prestige Homes as Receptionist for the Sale Office. Leah comes to us with previous experience in Administration.

Leah is the first person to welcome customers to Macalister Prestige Homes, either by telephone or in person at the front counter. Leah is also responsible for many other administration duties within the office.
